CALL FOR ART | Diartlog: Issue 1 - Digital Art

The A R T • 9 is pleased to announce an open call for an art opportunity for the coming online publication named “Diartlog”. The theme for the coming issue in mid-March will be focused on the research project or art-based project related to digital art. 

​

“Diartlog” is a quarterly art publication, which aims to help art-based students in doing their artistic research and final year project. The publication provides a platform for post-secondary students to share their interesting findings or anything related to their project in a specific art area. 

​

We make it our mission to showcase exceptional artistic research and final year project by up-and-coming artists. Because we believe the expansion of the art circle depends on our joint efforts. We encourage any kind of exchange and communication between art-based students.

Take part in our open call for "Diartlog" for the chance to win exciting prizes that are sure to get you noticed:

  • 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:  Winners will receive dedicated page(s) in our upcoming publication "Diartlog" to feature your artwork and an in-depth artist interview.   

  • 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚: We announce the winning artist(s) on our social media platforms, where they will reach an enthusiastic international art community.

  • 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Have your work included on "Diartlog" as part of our digital permanent collection.

  • Proposed Publication Date: 18/03/2022
     

Eligibility:

A R T • 9 is seeking your highest quality creative practice related to digital art.

If you are a current student who is pursuing a relevant undergraduate degree or a student who completed the post-secondary studies (Incl: Post-secondary Diploma, Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, Postgraduate Degree, Doctoral Degree) WITHIN TWO years, you will be eligible for the submission. 
 

*No restriction for nationality. We welcome the participation of artists from all backgrounds and do not discriminate with regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, race, or nation of origin in our admission policies.

EligibilityArtistic Fields:
Any kind of project that relates to digital art.
 

Rewards:
Publication opportunity will be given to the selected artist(s).
Winners are given an in-depth interview and feature about their project in Diartlog (Issue 1-Digital Art) online publication.
Artwork Feature, Social Media Promotion, Digital Permanent Collection will be also given to the selected artist(s).
